All internal window glass cleaning includes vaccuming of window tracks with a brush to remove dry debris and dirt prior to the glass being washed.

Roof access required for Double storey cleaning will charged at hourly rate of $120 + gst per hour seperate to minimum call out fee charges.

Heavy Duty Window Cleaning

For Heavy Duty cleaning please be aware this will be charged at an hourly rate

1 worker onsite	$ 95 + gst per hour
2 workers onsite	$ 135 + gst per hour
For every worker onsite above 2 workers.	+ $40 + gst per hour

Any custom size or design windows may need to be charged extra depending on the type and size

Flyscreens Cleaning

Only removed if easy to do and to put back on

Small (Toilet)	$ 10 each
Regular (Bedroom)	$ 15 each
Large (Screen Door Size)	$ 20 each

Others

Post construction/Renovation window cleaning will be charged at

1 worker onsite	$ 105 + gst per hour
2 worker onsite	$ 145 + gst per hour

Balcony /Pool Ballistrades

Glass (including both sides)

$ 20 per pane

We do not do hard access internal window glass cleaning. We only clean where we can safely reach. Ladders, Trestles and Planks can be used, but only at the minimal risk of damage to the property.
